Our Story
Bigha Real Estate began in 2011 when our founder, then helping a relative sell a small parcel of farmland outside Jaipur, noticed how many deals fell apart over confusing titles and vague verbal promises. The name "Bigha" — the traditional unit used to measure land across Rajasthan — was chosen deliberately: it's how the people we work with actually think about their land, not in the abstract square-footage of a brochure.
What started as help for one family's farmland sale grew into a full practice covering residential plots, agricultural land, flats, villas and commercial shops across Jaipur. The scale changed; the habit of checking every document twice did not.
Mission & Approach
Our mission is simple: make buying or selling property in and around Jaipur straightforward, honestly priced, and free of the surprises that usually show up at the registrar's office. We work across five property types — plots, agricultural land, flats, villas and shops — because most families we work with need more than one kind of advice over the years.
We don't chase every listing in the city. We'd rather know twenty plots properly than claim a thousand we've never walked.

Title, mutation and encumbrance checks happen before a property is shown, not after an offer is made.
Most of our clients come back years later for their next purchase, or send a relative our way.
We're based in Jagatpura, Jaipur and physically visit the sites we list — not just the paperwork.
